It takes a village...We need volunteers for the following:

If you haven't filled out a Canyons School District volunteer form (required before you can work with the kids), you can fill it out here.
After School Pick Up

Please use caution.

Please pick your child up curbside.

Please use the crosswalks.

Early pick up, please come through the office.

Please inform director if your child is allowed to walk home.
Behavior

Participation in the play is a privilege.

Children MUST stay in the rehearsal area.

School rules and behavior apply for participation.
Attendance
We know families are really busy. We only have a short amount of time, to accomplish a lot in just a few hours a week. Please shift your schedule, if possible, to attend every rehearsal in full. Please don’t come if you’re sick and please let the office know if your child will miss rehearsal.
Costume Information
Each family is responsible for foundation garments, no child will be changing clothes during a play or practice. We will be putting costume pieces over black fitted clothing.

Girls - fitted, plain, long sleeved, black t-shirt with plain, black, long, fitted exercise pants.

Boys - fitted, plain, long sleeved, black t-shirt with long, plain, black basketball shorts.

Filming and Photographs

We are NOT allowed to film and distribute the play.
-
You are NOT allowed to post or distribute videos or post photos of other people’s children without their permission.

We will be taking group photos for the playbill. We will share these photos with the cast.

If you do not want your child photographed, please let us know.
